    Last year we went on a college visit with our son to Carnegie Mellon University. We had a great but quick weekend in Pittsburgh, and all three of us were surprised by how much we enjoyed our stay in Pittsburgh. Ultimately he decided to attend Johns Hopkins in Baltimore but he was honestly torn when making the decision, and it had a lot to do with how much he enjoyed Pittsburgh. In honor of that trip one year ago I decided to finally publish the post I wrote back in February 2018.
